Basmalah in Surah Al Tawbah? Is this true?

Surah Al Tawbah. The only surah in the Holy Quran there is no Basmalah (In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful - بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم) at its beginning.

This surah was revealed at the time of the polytheists. But I found a picture of this on WhatsApp, from a person asking why there is no Basmalah at the beginning of this surah in most of the Qurans, & it is found only in the Quran I own it? This Quran is owned by this person from Bangladeshi copy with translation. So the person who ran the project to print the Qurans of this type has committed a huge mistake that not every holder of this copy of the Quran knows.
